My passion is sharing in my students' experiences as they discover how yoga and meditation can and does change their lives. Whether the student's excitement stems from their increased flexibility, reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep, or their sense of peace after a guided meditation; students are often amazed at how quickly the effects of yoga and meditation are seen. Observing this experience, as their body, mind, and sprit become balanced through their own practice, has become my favorite part of teaching.
