These Sessions are for the student who would prefer one-on-one instruction to learn alignment, poses, or meditation. They are also for the student who is not comfortable learning in a classroom environment, or the student who wants to practice on their own schedule. Each class/session is created and developed with you in mind.
These sessions can also be used for private meditation (Nidra) sessions in which you and I work together to create your own personal intention.
